User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between the Client and the Agent (collectively referred to as the "parties" and individually as a "party") regarding the intermediary services rendered by the Agent. By executing the order in accordance with the Agreement, the Client confirms its consent and accepts the terms of the Agreement.


1. Basic Definitions:

1.1. Agent - Felwood.net, which provides intermediary services to clients in accordance with the Agreement;

1.2. Client - an individual who is interested and/or applied to the Agent for receiving intermediary services;

1.3. Intermediary Services - actions performed by the Agent on its own behalf, but at the expense of the Client, aimed at arranging the interaction of the Client with the players while performing certain actions within the corresponding game;

1.4. Game - interactive computer online game, which is a computer program;

1.5. Player - a person who plays the game;

1.6. Game Object - game account, game resource, game item;

1.7. Game Account - an account containing information about the player, his/her game character and progress;

1.8. Game Resource - game money (gold, coins, mana, etc.), recognized by the rules of the corresponding game by means of payment in the game or other conditional unit in the game, which is a measure of one or another value, progress in the game, etc.;

1.9. Game Item - weapons, armor, clothing, artifacts, other things, as well as other individually defined items used in the game;

1.10. Character Upgrade - the actions performed according to the rules of the game by means of appropriate participation in the game, aimed at:

  1. a) the increase in certain game characteristics of the character: experience, skills, level, abilities, and other qualitative and/or quantitative characteristics of the game character;
  2. b) run of a game stage;

1.11. Agent's Website –  website, located under the Felwood.net domain name.


2. The Procedure for Ordering and Receiving Services:

2.1. The Client is obliged to carefully read the Agreement and other rules and instructions concerning the Agent's rendering of intermediary services (posted on the Agent's website).

2.2. To place an order, the client shall select the form for necessary service on the Agent's website and fill in all the mandatory fields. Among other, these fields will contain the essential terms of the transaction entered into by the Agent with third parties (players) to execute the Agreement. The Agent shall have the right to depart from these conditions only if it does not harm the interests of the Client and will not entail additional expenses for the Client.

With regard to conditions not specified by the Client, the Agent shall have the right to act at its own discretion.

2.3. By sending the filled in form to the Agent, the Client shall give full and unconditional consent to comply with the Agreement and other terms of the service rendering by Agent stipulated on the Agent's website, as well as the terms of the transactions chosen by the Client when filling out the form (character, volume of services, their cost, etc.), used by the Agent to enter into transactions with third parties pursuant to the Agreement.

2.4. After sending the order form, the client shall pay the specified amount. The specified amount shall be sent by the Agent to pay for the player's actions in the transaction concluded with the Agent in the Client's interests, and shall also include the Agent's remuneration under the Agreement.

2.5. The payment shall be made in any manner indicated on the Agent's website. The Parties can choose a different method of payment by mutual consent.

2.6. The Agent undertakes to perform the necessary actions to execute the Agreement within a reasonable time. Generally, the Agent indicates the usual execution time for the relevant order on the Agent's website.

2.7. The Client may instruct the Agent to enter into a transaction with the player to perform actions leading to the transfer of the game object to the Client, the character upgrade or to other purposes, as well as other actions indicated on the Agent's website.

2.8. If ordering intermediary services aimed at upgrade the Client's character, the Client undertakes to provide the Agent with the necessary information (game account data - to enter the game and perform the game process by the corresponding character). The Client shall understand and agree that the specified information will be transferred by the Agent to a third party found by the Agent to upgrade the character. The Client shall agree not to use own game account without the prior consent of the Agent and/or contrary to the instructions that the Agent will receive from the relevant third party.

2.9. If the Agent did not execute the Client’s order in the contractual terms, the Client can demand to return the transferred funds or the Agent can return them at own discretion.


3. Special Conditions:

3.1. The Client shall understand and confirm that the Agent acts on behalf of the Client and that the Agent performs only intermediary functions for the Client and is not liable for possible actual and/or legal consequences of the player's and other third parties' execution of the Client's order (for example, there are sanctions in some games for certain actions, including blocking the account for transferring it to third parties; the Agent does not investigate and/or check the rules of the game and does not check the actions of the Client, including those related to the Agreement, for compliance with the rules of the games). The Agent shall be responsible only for the proper execution by third parties of the actions ordered by the Client, but not for their effect and/or result.

3.2. On the part of the Agent, the proper signing (similar to the handwritten signature) will also be the posting of documents on the Agent's website, since only the Agent and authorized persons shall have the right to access information posted on the Agent's website. The documents posted on the website as a result of the criminal acts of third parties will not have legal force for the parties.

3.3. Messages sent from the contact e-mail addresses of the Parties are the documents drawn up in simple written form and properly signed by the relevant party (sender) similar to the handwritten signature. The Parties agree that such documents (messages) will have legal effect without any additional confirmations or formalities (including without signing them in person), unless otherwise expressly indicated on the Agent's website or agreed by the Parties.

 

All services on the Agent's website are provided at your own risk. The purchase of services itself is prohibited by the rules of some games and the administration of these games has the full right to impose sanctions or even to block your account. Buying this service, you thereby agree with these rules and shall be aware of it.

 

General Provisions of the FELWOOD Privacy Policy:

The FELWOOD project commits to protect the confidentiality of the personal data of clients who visit the Internet resources of this project and use its services. Amendments to this Privacy Policy, if any, will be posted on the website www.felwood.net and will be considered valid immediately after publication. The further use our services by clients after making any amendments to the Privacy Policy means they accept these changes.

Collection and Storage of Information:

The www.felwood.net website and other Internet resources under this project store and use information about the user solely for the fulfillment of clients orders, as well as for informing clients about changes in prices, terms of service, promotions, and other presentation materials.

The clients shall be informed only upon their consent to receive information. When the information is sent to the client by e-mail, the letter shall also contain a link to unsubscription.

The exception is the information on the order status, including payment, order number, information about goods or services directly related to the client's personal order.

Use of the Personal Data:

The FELWOOD project can use information about personal data for the following purposes:

  • to inform about the status of the order and other details related to the execution of works under the order.
  • to improve the quality of service and the service as a whole.
  • to send information related to changes on the website (including unsubscription option for the user).

Protection of Personal Data:

On the www.felwood.net website the following methods of protecting personal data are used:

  • the SSL encryption protocol used to protect all personal data.
  • the receiving data on credit cards and other payment methods occurs through the popular international online payment system STRIPE, and other payment instruments, and not directly through the www.felwood.net website;
  • the server is regularly tested for malicious software to protect personal data. All security measures are taken on the current hosting.

Provision of Data to the Third Parties:

The www.felwood.net website and other Internet resources of this project under no circumstances transfer user data and any other information provided by clients to the third parties.

Tracking Activities on the Website by Third Parties:

Our website enables tracking activities of third parties, such as Google, Yandex and other companies that track people's activities. Information can be collected by third parties for more relevant search results and promotional offers.

Deleting the Personal Data:

Users and clients can always delete their data in one of the following manners:

Child Policy:

The FELWOOD project has no intention of collecting personal data for people aged under 16. If you have reason to believe that a child under 16 provided personal data to the FELWOOD project using this Website, please contact our support team at [email protected]

Storage Policy:

Personal data collected and processed by the FELWOOD project will not be stored longer than during the necessary period for the purposes for which they were collected, or longer than the time required to comply with the applicable law, regardless of duration.
